首先 地理位置很優越 外面是喧嘩的街道但是民宿內還好 前台小姐姐服務還不錯 遇到點突發狀況馬上會幫助解決 服務人員沒問題的。
但房間鏡子正對着床這一點真的理解不了 床四周掛着的四條白色的床簾 暫不説風水 晚上真的瘮得慌 理解不了 鏡子也遮不住
房間隔音特別差 隔壁晚歸關門説話打鬧的聲音非常清楚早晨還沒睡醒 被大媽拉家常摔摔打打扔垃圾桶的聲音吵醒
温泉就是個大泡池 放水很慢 也沒有浴缸套 浴缸外面地上衞生不盡人意。
這個價格逼近淡季豪華型酒店或者豪華酒店低端房型 性價比一般 老闆應該思考一下如何將遊客轉化為回頭客

很驚喜的一次入住。
酒店雖然在古城裡，但是環境非常優雅，乾淨整潔，重點是很安靜。
房間設施齊全，床品，洗漱用品很乾凈，我們帶了一次性的被套，檢查了一下床品，感覺還是很乾凈的，都沒用自己帶的。
空調有暖氣，房間帶帶浴缸的，一邊泡澡，一邊喝茶，吃水果和點心（酒店備的），不要太舒服！
酒店真的很貼心，準備有一次性泡澡袋，玫瑰乾花，一次性馬桶墊，還有浴鹽，洗面奶，真的非常友好！！
唯一不足是門卡不是很靈敏，其他完美。

真的可以，當時想定個好房間，所以選了這個比較貴的房型，後來去發現這個景觀大床房就在民宿一進門入口的過道兩邊，人來人往，路過都要往裡看兩眼，落地大窗又對着窗和浴池毫無遮擋，裏面人幹啥看得一清二楚，有點動物園那感覺，要麼就一直拉窗簾。所以如果情侶出行千萬就別選這個户型了❗❗寧可選別的獨立院的便宜房間（圖裡帶牆的那些），因為對房間不滿意，店長説我們不滿意可以退訂，因為臨時找不到別的酒店，所以主動提出和價格低的户型換了，雖然店長説主動換房是不退差價的，但房間滿意才最重要，民宿工作人員小姐姐們協調還是很有力的👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻工作人員小姐姐們都很有禮貌，人也漂亮又好説話，每次出門都會給紙巾，門口就是小吃街，還是很方便的👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻把户型排列都發出來，建議入住前還是可以諮詢下店家，不要分到不滿意的房間，到時候去了也很麻煩，也影響心情呢😊😁😁

我們定的圓浴缸帶投影的房間，晚上泡完湯和孩子一起看電影簡直不要太完美，之前去古城就一直心心念念住四十九，這次終於實現，也是沒有失望，各方面都很到位，最貼心的是一直有熱的百歲山可以喝🤭下次去古城還會繼續選擇四十九

這次出行到忻州古城在攜程網上訂的客棧、位置在古城中心、旁邊就是小吃街；停車場也很近（免費的），客棧內部公區環境非常好、房間也很精緻、更值得一提的是客棧的服務非常到位、訂單剛剛確認、客棧管家就打電話問什麼時間到達、可以到停車場接我們到客棧、我們是自駕來的、管家就加微信發了位置、房間也送了小零食和水果、噓寒問暖的服務，讓我們在外出差也有一種賓至如歸的感覺、這個客棧非常值得推薦，
如果下次我再來忻州、這個客棧一定是首選。

屋裡小度音箱可以控制窗簾和燈，吹風機很好用。
服務也很周到，我們家1歲小寶的粑粑不小心漏到床上，大晚上給換了被子。感謝🙏

地理位置絕佳，位於古城內，出門就是忻州的各種好吃的，走幾步就到了泰山廟巷，房間內温泉浴池很大！都有獨立的小院子，適合小朋友奔跑玩耍，入住後送了很多小零食和歡迎水果，處處體現着用心！
房間特別大，有50平米，服務人員特別貼心，全程陪同管家式服務，還發了很多遊玩以及美食的攻略，我寶貝玩的特別開心😃中午想睡了，隨時走回來躺一會兒，旅途完全沒有疲憊感，我們晚上回到酒店，還泡了温泉，水特別乾淨清澈，小寶兒都泡了20分鐘也不想起，旅行開心度升級。

這絕對是我近期最糟糕的一次消費體驗，首先，服務態度非常差。店裡的工作人員，尤其是一個女孩，全程冷冰冰的，對顧客的詢問要麼愛搭不理，要麼敷衍了事，讓人感覺很不舒服，其次，環境與宣傳嚴重不符。宣傳圖片裏的雅緻和整潔，在現實中完全看不到。實際環境狹小雜亂，落差太大了， 最關鍵的是，温泉水是假的。和宣傳的天然温泉相去甚遠，明顯就是普通熱水，這屬於赤裸裸的欺騙消費者，另外，住宿條件也讓人難以接受。房間不乾淨，床單被套都是潮濕的，住着很不舒服，最後，一些宣傳的服務也完全沒有。沒有管家幫忙接行李箱，而且酒店路面不平整，出行很不方便。
總之，花了錢還受了氣，這家店絕對不會再來第二次。
