I got lost because of my own navigation issues, but a lady on the phone was incredibly patient, guiding me the entire time. She even slowed down her speech, understanding that I might not comprehend everything easily, which helped me a lot. On the way, I also met a kind local who helped me communicate. The hotel itself is totally worth it, but you definitely need to use precise GPS coordinates as searching for the name directly might bring up multiple branches. Check-in was actually quite simple.
