Pros: The hotel looks great and the staff are very friendly and helpful. While the breakfast selection isn't huge, the food tastes good, and kids eat for free.
Cons: The gym key card didn't work, so I had to go to the front desk to get someone to open it for me. As a family-friendly hotel, I would have expected more organized kids' activities during public holidays. Also, the pool was under maintenance, which was a shame.
Overall, it was still a good stay.

The room was large and clean, and the decor was to my liking.
The breakfast was also quite good. There were many small details that made for a very comfortable stay.

The room is new and the environment is great. If you're traveling during the Qingming Festival, you can stroll around Mingtang Mountain nearby and then check into the hotel in the evening. There are supercharging stations, which is very convenient, but the charging price is too expensive at 1.5 yuan per kilowatt-hour.

The executive suite was huge and I slept very comfortably. The room was quiet, and they even provided fruit. Thumbs up! The castle was so great; I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in town!

We book this hotel for our kids every time we go back to our hometown. They especially love the castle hotel. The breakfast is also good, and we'll definitely book this hotel again next time we come back. It's also very close to the highway exit.

I never expected that Yuexi County would have such a high-standard star-rated hotel. The exterior is magnificent and grand with a fairytale style, and the children were very happy! The room facilities are complete, clean and refreshing, and great value for money! Overall, I am very satisfied.
