一直對萬豪系的印象都很好，鄭州的萬豪在玉米大樓，房間觀影非常好，樓下的風景也是美不勝收，酒店房間舒適，乾淨整潔，窗鋪舒適，休息的非常好！早餐在38層，餐品豐富，可以滿足大眾不同口味需求！

1，保潔阿姨叫張冬梅給了我們全家微信温暖的服務：給兩個小朋友送了書簽，中間我們出門時多次為房間打掃衞生；還手寫了賀卡送給我們，祝兩個小朋友學習進步。這位阿姨讓我們覺得很温暖；
2，房間安排在4201號房間，我沒留意，我一向對萬豪的服務放心的。這次我們的房間安排在靠近電梯口的第一間，夜裡多次被出電梯的客人嘻笑省吵醒。讓我體驗特別差。為什麼直接問都不問直接安排客人住在電梯口的房間？
3，説有歡迎禮遇，什麼果盤和開封花生。問詢幾次到晚上八點才送來
4.空調製冷打不下來，吃了個外賣滿頭大汗。叫來維修師傅，説因為連續下午總機給調低了兩度，所以最低温度的下限提高了。也折騰了下，最後温度好像下來了。
5，房間的電話提示的按鍵不能用，要摁0才能通到前台
6，反覆提示四口人需要四套洗漱，結果浴巾等還是3件
7，早飯真是無力吐槽。全國萬豪裏早餐綜合評分最差的一家。空間小擁擠，上次來好像比這個大，也許是生意不好，自己縮了地方。早餐的種類那叫一個稀缺。同類型的鄭東新區相比，早餐差不止三個檔次。中餐熱菜六個，土豆，豆芽，豆腐，白菜等。麪條配的鹵子就番茄雞蛋雪菜肉絲。個人感覺和希爾頓，喜來登等差幾個檔次。早餐豐富度甚至和亞朵比也差一個檔次。
8，41樓行政禮遇的西瓜是熟透的，放了半天已經有了味道。我建議重新上，服務員比較客氣，重新切了，結果還是熟透的熟過了的吧。

地標建築，交通方便，就是車場通道擠了點，同時，負3層空氣質量很糟糕，設計不合理。房間空間大，設施以前屬超前，但目前的馬桶依然是老款的。前台小妹服務態度非常好，夠專業。
