入住珠海東澳島安麓酒店的這幾天，簡直是一場被温暖與用心包裹的完美體驗。
從登島開始，就能感受到酒店全體員工的熱情——無論是接駁時的親切問候，還是辦理入住時的耐心指引，每一個細節都透着貼心。 尤其想特別感謝Charlie和Herny，他們的服務真的讓這次旅程更添温度。 記得我隨口提了一句想看日出，Charlie不僅詳細告知了酒店位於東邊，看日出是最佳位置，第二天還特意提前詢問我們船的時間然後幫我們安排直通巴；Herny則入住和出門時細心幫助拿行李開小車，看到大他們大汗淋漓的幫助我們，親和又周到。
不衹是他們，接觸到的每一位工作人員都保持着滿滿的熱情，無論是客房服務的及時響應，還是園區裏遇見時的真誠問候，都能感受到他們對客人的重視。 在這樣一座遠離塵囂的島嶼上，安麓不僅有絕美的風景和舒適的環境，更因為這羣可愛的員工，讓人有了賓至如歸的温暖。

在xhs上偶然刷到酒店的美景圖 剛好有新開業活動 就特地過來體驗一下~
到達東澳島後會有酒店的接駁車 考慮到最近的炎熱天氣 他們還會給客人提供冰毛巾和薏米水
酒店整體是海島風搭中式美學 從建築 工作人員的服裝 燈具 房間的洗漱用品設計 上都體現了這一點
我們入住的是蒔花房型 兩大一小都很舒服 陽台望出去就是一樓的泳池和海景 視野開闊
雖然沒有小童樂園 小盆友在泳池也是玩開心了 無邊泳池在傍晚時刻連着海邊特別美
也可以坐酒店的禮賓車去東澳島上的開放沙灘 （天氣太熱 我們拍了下照就走了）
在負一樓的餐廳 我們吃了兩頓 我和先生都感歎 比外面的餐廳還好吃！！推薦#豬排 和奶油意麪 還有早餐的鮮榨果汁 贈送的下午茶糕點是現點現做的 稍微等了一下 擺盤好看 酥皮超脆！！
基本上遇到的工作人員都蠻友好的 在此特別感謝管家Timi 在我們入住期間提供的貼心服務 （24小時在線 為我們安排環島遊 提醒我們預訂上島的船票）
是個有機會還會再去的地方～另外 帶上小盆友要記得做好防曬~

趕了一天路終於到了要staycation的度假酒店 剛到酒店兩個人都很臭臉以為是太累了 從服務到隨處可見的景觀都讓人不得勁 即使被升級了超豪華自帶泳池房型也覺得soso 直到去了另一個競爭對手酒店吃晚餐 嘴角不自覺上揚 才發現原來剛剛的感覺叫做失望 阿麗拉還是太權威 美成啥樣了 陰天高糊還是透露出讓人身心愉悦的美 永遠會被小而美的細節感動 珠海東澳島安麓酒店大踩雷 像個不注重細節且臭臭的中年男人 大而無物 希望多看看你的競品酒店 努點力吧！
具體看圖片 很多設計都不合理 去很多地方沒有路標指示牌 看酒店住處路口 朋友景觀是設計師 看到這個直搖頭 感覺根本沒有驗收吧 那麼好的酒店早餐居然是預製菜預製菜也就算了香腸夾生 吃的我們上吐下瀉 而且每個員工都極其不專業 先不説精神面貌和專業程度 一開始還把我們送錯房間 先不説硬裝做的細節拉垮 整個團隊太讓人失望了

酒店給我的體驗感還挺不錯的。房間能看到超美的海景，早上起來拉開窗簾，心情一下子就好了。員工服務服務也挺到位，特別是前台Jarvis，態度特別好，給我介紹了很多酒店景點和項目。酒店還有個無邊泳池，遊游泳、看看景，特別愜意。玩累了回房間，往床上一躺，能舒緩不少疲憊，就是最可惜是環島遊還沒能預約上，可能是留點遺憾讓我下次再來吧，哈哈哈哈
