Mount Shine Hotel

Overall, it was quite good. Considering it's up in the mountains and during the National Day Golden Week, you can't expect too much. The breakfast had a great variety, and the rice noodles were delicious. The hotel was kind enough to give us a room upgrade, though unfortunately it didn't face the village.

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in during my travels in recent years. The staff were polite and attentive, check-in and check-out were very efficient, and any requests were promptly addressed. The hotel rooms are spacious, the bedding is very comfortable, and it's quiet at night, ensuring a good sleep. A special shout-out to the hotel's breakfast, which meets five-star hotel standards, with a wide variety of choices and excellent taste. Overall, it offers great value for money and is my top choice for a vacation. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

The hotel environment is quite nice, though the room is a bit small, mainly due to the abundance of furniture. The breakfast was very hearty and plentiful. Getting to the core scenic area is very convenient—you can catch a ride right at the hotel entrance, and the shuttle buses run quite frequently.

A hotel worth visiting for a vacation, with beautiful surroundings and scenery. The facilities are excellent, clean and hygienic. The front desk staff are wonderful, polite, and professional. Breakfast is very rich and delicious.

The environment is quite good, it's just a bit far from the main scenic area. The breakfast was also very good. Definitely recommended. The scenic area shuttle bus operates flexibly depending on demand. I suggest adding toilet paper near the sink, it was a bit inconvenient without it.

The room decor is very unique and appealing. The hotel rooms are also quite clean, and they come with a balcony. Stepping out onto the balcony, you're greeted by lush greenery. The hotel breakfast was also quite generous, especially impressive given it's the off-peak season. Very good!

Let's start with the positives: the hotel's amenities and disposable toiletries were noticeably refined, and the breakfast was incredibly rich, comparable to a five-star hotel! Now for the downsides: 1. The hotel and scenic area are integrated, but the shuttle service for check-in was terrible. We entered from Xizhaikou, and they wouldn't handle our luggage. It took one and a half hours for two front desk staff members to check us in and for two shuttle rides to get us to our room. 2. We chose a twin room with an unobstructed view, but what we actually saw was the building across the street. For over 800 yuan, it was advertised as spacious and comfortable, but the room was actually quite small. With two 1.2-meter beds, there was barely enough space to turn around. We had to call three times to get the children's slippers delivered. 3. After I reported the issues, Ctrip resolved them very quickly. The hotel called to ask for details, but didn't offer any compensation, just told us to go enjoy our trip, which I did. My good rating goes to Ctrip. Everyone should choose according to their needs.

The environment is excellent, right in the village, with very convenient transportation. The shuttle service is great, and both breakfast and lunch are quite good. The room facilities are luxurious, the service is excellent, and luggage can be checked.
