#familytrips2024 Landmannalaugar is huge and you can extend the easy Brennisteinsalda to Bláhnjúkur loop trail which encompasses hiking two mountains. This is exactly what I did which takes one about 4-5hours depending on your stamina. The Bláhnjúkur portion is definitely not for amateurs and is quite a challenging hike with steep slopes and terrains. The route allows you to see the rhyolite mountains upclose. More time should be allocated to enjoy the hike thoroughly.

#thingstodo Keriõ is a famous volcanic crater lake located in the south Iceland, this place is also near to the golden circle. This crater is already 3000 years old and is one of the oldest in Iceland. Keris Crater is unique and beautiful with the red lava sand colour. In the recent trip to there, I have Broaden my horizon a lot and I really liked the pathway in there. Although it was a little bit cloudy, I still liked the structure of the Crater!
