Bath Aqua Glass Shop

Address - 14 Cheap St, Bath BA1 1NA, United Kingdom (Located 1 minute walk from Bath Abbey) Highlights - Handmade Glass. Suitable for gifts! Rating - 5/5 Located just beside Bath Abbey, I got attracted by it’s white colour store design where at the glass panel, that is a lot of glass items being placed. Out of curiously, I walked into the store and it amazed me with the glass spiral design. The whole store looks very clean and neat. And the staff allows you to take a look first before approaching you to find out your needs. The items are with reasonable prices where it is suitable for you to purchase it as gifts, as they packed the item well to make sure that it doesn’t break along the way. Apart from that if you are interested, the store do offers glass blowing classes at it’s 2nd level at certain timing that you can be able to sign up and make your own handmade glass item! #travelinspiration#givethanks#unforgettableexperiences#bestislandtraveltowns#culturalattractions#naturalwonders

Aquae Sulis is Real

So Aquae Sulis is not just town name but it's a person. There is his body remains on display, and all the things that Roman people use for day to day. Initially I thought it was just town name, but it seems like the name also came from someone; and how can it have the same surname as goddess? Maybe they are family. Both name end with "Sulis", and this person might be the king/emperor of Roman kingdom during that time. I hate history so I didn't really pay much attention, I adore it's sclupture artifacts and remainings. Imagining what Roman people live like during those ancient time. #createwithtrip #roman #bath #unitedkingdom #exploreuk #historicalsites #urbanexplorer

Nice and clean

The apartments are very nice and clean, kept in good order and feel as they have just been renovated. If you come with a family or want to spend a bit longer time, be aware they are quite small. There is also no closet for clothes, just a few hooks for jackets or coats. Also be aware if you have a lot or heavy luggage: steep stairs and no elevator. One quirk almost made us go crazy, we looked for a long time on how to turn off the light outside the bathroom, until we realized there is no switch and it goes by sensor. The hotel is in a great location for visiting Bath by foot, but quite a challenge if you come by car. Some GPS take you to the road next to it where you cannot stop, and to reach a garage, there is only one that allows longer time parking and with credit cards, and if you miss one one-direction street or take one wrong turn, you drive around like crazy. (Ok this has nothing to do with the apartment, just a gentle advise to future guests). Overall: great place!! #themepark#zoo#nationalpark#lakes#beaches

Famous bridge @ Bath

Old bridge specially designed for Pulteney family in UK. Although it has been rebuilt, design remain same. It's very calming to see the current flows even though that came from the River Avon. I stayed here quite long to enjoy beautiful view and surrounding area. The trees are green despite of cold season before winter approach. I had to wear 2 clothes and 1 jacket to keep me warm. It wasn't as good as the pictures you can find on internet, but still a nice place to hang around. Less crowd because people will go to the Roman bath -literally bath- side instead of stopping by here. #createwithtrip #exploreuk #unitedkingdom #europe #bath #exploreeurope #discovereurope #urbanexplorer
