Introduction
Some information may have been translated by Google Translate
As the cultural and entertainment center of Australia, Melbourne offers a wide variety of activities, among which ice skating is a popular leisure sport. Whether in winter or summer, Melbourne's multiple ice rinks provide citizens and tourists with an excellent skating experience. O'Brien Icehouse is Melbourne's most famous ice rink, located in the Docklands area. This modern ice rink has two full-size ice surfaces and offers a variety of ice activities such as public skating, ice hockey, figure skating and curling. O'Brien Icehouse also offers skating courses for skating enthusiasts of different ages and skill levels. In addition, the skating rink has complete facilities, including rental services, cafes and spectator seats, making the skating experience more comfortable and convenient. During the winter, Melbourne also sets up temporary outdoor skating rinks in places such as Federation Square in the city center, adding to the festive atmosphere. These outdoor skating rinks usually host various themed events and performances, attracting a large number of tourists to experience. Whether you are a professional skater or a novice trying skating for the first time, Melbourne's ice rinks can provide you with a safe and enjoyable skating environment. Skating is not only a fun sport, it also improves physical fitness and sense of balance. It is a healthy activity suitable for the whole family to participate.

8bit Melbourne

8bit Melbourne is famous for its burgers and hotdogs. Heard so much about it, I had to try it. I went for the Fatal Fury Hotdog which I dare say is the most interesting (and delicious) hotdog I’ve had in my life. The rather harmless looking jalapeños-packed hotdog was hidden under a generous portion of chilli beef and this bomb of a combo was paired with cheese sauce on a fluffy bun. Man, it had me at first bite. Definitely explains the queue. The burgers seemed like a more popular choice though. Since most of the cafes close before dinner time, you could choose to grab dinner – or even supper – here. 😋 #summervacation#hotelstay#urbanexplorer

Agathe Patisserie

#celebratewithtrip another must try in south Melbourne market would be Agathe patisserie. they serve really good bread and toast and it’s of course a perfect option or choice for breakfast when you visit the south Melbourne market in the morning! do note that there may be queues but don’t worry because it’s really quick and fast and you’ll get your bread in no time. my favorite is the pandan croissant. it’s unique and you can taste the pandan so well and it’s quite a nice flavor. almond scroll is popular too unfortunately I didn’t try it. the custard heart also looks really good. overall would recommend trying.

The Hardware Société

The Hardware Société

#australiatrip The Hardware Société, a culinary gem nestled in Melbourne's bustling CBD, is renowned for its innovative French and Spanish-influenced brunch menu that has garnered a cult following both locally and internationally. From the moment you step into its chic, pastel-hued interior, you're greeted by an atmosphere that combines Melbourne's coffee culture with Parisian charm. Signature dishes like the lobster benedict with citrus hollandaise on a black bun or the chorizo baked eggs are not just meals but experiences, executed with a flair that's both comforting and adventurous. The coffee, supplied by Padre, is a testament to Melbourne's coffee obsession, offering robust and aromatic brews that perfectly complement the food. Despite the often lengthy queues, the wait is justified by the quality and creativity of the cuisine, the friendly service, and the overall ambiance that makes The Hardware Société a standout brunch destination.

Cafe Tomi Melbourne

#australiatrip They use Klim roasters coffee beans and a Synesso machine, offering specialty coffee, signature desserts(like Panna Cotta) and some pastries. When I visited, I was really impressed by thier cups. Looks so cute and cool! According to the barista, these cups are from china:) I had a Flat white with Klim roasters house blend and a single origin Filter coffee. The Flat white was perfect temperture with silky milk foam and was delicious. The second coffee had peach and oolong tea nuances with a juicy profile that was so easy to drink. I think it pairs especially well with Ice!! Located at 11 Wreckyn St, North Melbourne. #foodie #food

Karen’s diner

#celebratewithtrip visited Karen’s diner during my visit in Melbourne. happened to pass by it while I was at Carlton. in fact there are many different outlets located in Melbourne as well as other parts of Australia. the dining concept here is very unique and it’s a very different experience because staff are here to be “rude” to you. so it’s actually quite a funny experience and it’s definitely something to try if you are adventurous. food wise the stuff are not bad. they serve burgers and also wings. I ordered both and both were quite tasty actually. price wise also reasonable. would recommend visiting to try.

Inherit the insane of Schiaparelli' brain, Roseberry's designs, redefine couture's traditional boundaries. The collection, with its intricate embroidery, sculptural forms, and striking motifs, immerses viewers in a magical cosmos. madmex

#celebratewithtrip had the chance to try mad mex when I was in Melbourne Victoria. mad mex sells Mexican food of course at quite affordable prices. it is like a fast food restaurant. so there’s burritos , tacos , quesadillas and some sides available in stores. it works quite simply where you choose the main that you want. as well as the ingredients and fillings you would like to include in your main. I opted for the burrito and it was actually quite worth because when you add up all the sides , the burrito can actually be quite huge and filling after that. it was sufficient for 2 pax actually if you’re not a big eater. taste wise was ok as well.

Halal or Muslim Friendly dessert/food hunt in Melbourne!🤤

- Rose Water Dessert and Bar (Fully halal) - Koko Black ( buy at your own descretion) - Croxaint ( Fully halal) - The Burger Basement ( Fully halal) All these venues are easily accessible by public transport, but remember to get your Myki cards first from the customer service at the Southern Cross Station ( near the Skybus Terminal) because most of the places require traveling out of the CBD area! 😊 Happy hunting! 🍔😋 #dessert #yummyfoods #pastries

fed square Melbourne

#celebratewithtrip visited the fed square in Melbourne during my vacation here and I kinda like the outlook of this place. it feels really chill as there’s stairs like an Amphitheatre feels for people to just sit here and chill in the evening while waiting for the skies to turn dark and there will be some lights on some of the buildings making it quite pretty. it is just opposite flinders train station so it’s really accessible. at the fed square there are also some stores such as restaurants for dining and bars , and also shops to purchase some goods or souvenirs. overall recommended to just drop by and relax awhile here.

🚂🚂🚂🚂 World’s Oldest surviving Steam Loco

#celebratewithtrip It was very good experience to ride on World’s oldest surviving Steam Locomotive - Puffing Billy in Melbourne, Australia! We booked our tickets online and easy to redeem at their counter. The journey we had was Belgrave to Lakeside. It is advisable to reach there 60 minutes before departure, so you will have plenty of time to look for parking and to queue for redemption physical tickets. Alternatively, it is accessible via train from Southern Cross Station, Melbourne, instead of driving. Sit back and enjoy the authentic heritage steam train experience. It take about an hour to reach Lakeside Station, stop few stations along the way. You could see fairytale scene, those we thought that we only could see in movies. Once you reached Lakeside Station, there is a restaurant for you to have lunch. After lunch, you can take a walk at Emerald Lake Park, it was a good weather during Spring, so windy and sunny! Some tips when you book your tickets online with different booking, you can actually put a remark to request to sit with your companion in the same carriage otherwise they maybe arrange in different carriages. #tripblazers #spooktaculartrip #fallingforfall #awesomepic #puffingbilly #belgrave #melbourne #train #lakeside
