Trip.com Rewards Program: Black Diamond Tier Terms & Conditions
As a valued Black Diamond member of the Trip.com Rewards Program, you enjoy exclusive benefits. Key terms governing your tier are outlined below.

1.Black Diamond tier status & validity
  • Invitation-only: Black Diamond membership is by invitation only. Before extending an invitation to eligible members, Trip.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to evaluate various factors during the assessment period, including but not limited to the member's spending, bookings that are personally used and fulfilled by the member, and other relevant criteria. For further details, please refer to the Trip.com Rewards page.

    FFor the avoidance of doubt, the following types of spending or bookings are generally not eligible, including but not limited to:
    (i) bookings that are cancelled, refunded, or not fulfilled;
    (ii) spending or bookings that are not personally used by the member (e.g., flights where the member is not the passenger, hotel stays where the member is not the guest, etc.);
    (iii) sspending or bookings for which rebates, cashback, or other similar incentives have been or can be obtained (Trip Coins are not considered rebates, cashback, or other similar incentives under this clause).
  • Tier upgrade: For Black Diamond, only Members who are invited by Trip.com and who have accepted Trip.com's invitation will have their Membership tier upgraded to Black Diamond. Trip.com reserves the right to determine each Member's qualification for the Black Diamond tier membership at its sole discretion.
  • Validity period: Your Black Diamond tier status is valid for 12 calendar months from the date you successfully upgrade to Black Diamond, expiring on the last day of the final month of that period.
  • Tier maintenance: Maintaining your Black Diamond tier upon expiration is not guaranteed by reaching certain booking or spending thresholds. Trip.com reserves the right to determine each Member's renewal of Black Diamond tier membership at its sole discretion.
    • 2.Reward usage
  • Personal & non-transferable: All rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Unless otherwise stated, all Rewards under this Program are personal to Trip.com Members and cannot be transferred to other members or individuals.
  • Expiration: Unused rewards from your Membership tier will expire automatically at the end of their validity period, unless specified otherwise. The validity period for unused rewards will not be extended.
    • 3.Personal data
  • You may be required to provide up-to-date personal data, such as your legal name and date of birth, in order for us to operate the Program, to deliver certain Rewards under this Program to you, or to upgrade your Membership tier.
  • Failure to provide up-to-date personal data may result in you being unable to enjoy the Rewards under this Program or be upgraded to the next Membership tier. Trip.com shall not be responsible for any loss incurred as a result of your failure to provide up-to-date personal data.
  • Personal data provided by the Member will only be processed as set out in Trip.com's Privacy Statement.
