So here are more pictures of my sunrise stroll in the Old Town of Annecy ! Everything looked so pretty and I think I made the tour of the town at least 3 times to catch the streets under different lights ahah ! I added this city as I was on a road trip from southern france to Lausanne, via the Napoleon route. The stay exceeded my expectations. The old town is nice and peaceful, with little Venice vibes. Not far away, there is a beautiful lake where you can do jogging, cycling and slow walk after a nice meal. The city centre is just need to the old town, so you get everything you need conveniently. There is also an open market within the old town. overall I really like the place and wish I could stay longer. #annecy

When I arrived, I thought I knew why 🏞️Annecy Lake, the second largest lake in France, was so pretty with its emerald color, and the swans swimming leisurely were perfect… ✨ How nice would it be to swim in the lake in the summer..🏊♂️ 🏘️ When I went into the old town where the shops were gathered, there were colorful buildings along the waterway, so it felt like I was looking at Venice ☕️ I was eating coffee and croissants at a pretty cafe, so it was great to just walk around and do nothing! 🥗 The food I bought at a takeout place I happened to go into was so delicious that I still remember it..
