Explore the serene waters in a clear kayak, paddle board, floatie, swim or simply splash around at this 6.3 hectares (about the size of 50 Olympic pools), for some fun and relaxation. 🛵 Treasure Bay Bintan offers plenty of activities around the resorts. You can book ATV sesslon, many water activities like cable ski or cable tube, mangrove tour etc. we rented a scooter to get around as the resort and lagoon is huge. Free buggy service is available. 🍔 Natra Bintan features a variety of dining options that cater to diverse tastes. Start your day with buffet breakfast with Indonesia food or international spread, the option is plenty. The resort only have one restaurant & bar however you can order BBQ dinner to be prepared right outside your tent, or a romantic dinner by the pool. #bintanguide Nice beautiful resort with activities that suits the elderly and young children. I have bought the stay & play package that comes with a few complimentary activities included. Sudden heavy downpour and we are not able to go for the outdoor activities (slide, bicycle, mangrove kayaking)..so we requested to allow us to claim for indoor activities instead. Initially, my request was rejected as they doesn't allow change of activities. But after a few rounds of negotiating due to the unpredictable weather, they finally approved our request for the kids to go to indoor playground, while the adults go for sheltered archery. Comfortable tents with the basic necessities. Be prepared that you can actually hear alot of sounds outside of your tents (eg. walking & talking sound, music from the bar). I don't think anything can be done for the soundproofing of the tents, maybe can provide earplugs for the guests. Staff are polite and often served with a smile 😊 Enjoyed the tent side BBQ and also the buggy service 👍🏻! We went to dine at both Compass rose restaurant at Anmon and Patio restaurant at Natra. Compass rose restaurant food was good, they have more food options (Thai, Jap, Indo, Western cuisine) compared to Patio Restaurant. And..especially the waiting time for the food to be served, decent waiting time (approx 30mins) for Compass rose.. long waiting time (approx 1hr 15mins!!!) for Patio restaurant to serve the food.. when there wasn't any crowd. A great place to chill, relax and recharge. My family and I will definitely come back to Anmon again!

#bintanguide This place is unbelievable. Heaven on earth. We had a room with a pool for a week and did not want to leave. The location is stunning, right on the beach with plenty of greenery and crystal clear sea. The staff are frankly amazing - very friendly, very welcoming and also say hello with a smile. They go the extra mile to ensure you are having the best time, and are attentive and helpful at all times around the clock. They were especially helpful when a 44 year old man had a huge screeching beetle stuck on my trainer and didn’t know how to get it off! The food is really excellent too at all three restaurants/bars. Breakfast offers options from around the world. The restaurant menus cater for all tastes and the food is always delicious. Our room with private pool was very well air conditioned with a huge shower, with everything you’d expect from a high end hotel stay. The spa is also amazing - lots of treatments available at a very reasonable price. My one tip would be to bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper as the local wildlife is quite vocal around the clock. I really hope to return here one day, every second has been amazing.

Being surrounded by dense forest means you’re living close to nature, so expect occasional monkeys, bugs, and other wildlife—part of the charm of the setting. The rooms have a more classic look and could benefit from some modern updates to match the otherwise world-class experience. Club Med Bintan truly surpassed my expectations, especially regarding the food and beverage—definitely a step up from Club Med Bali! The food was impressive on the whole, though the desserts (particularly the chocolate gelato) were just average. This trip was particularly fulfilling as I got to try lots of new activities: Float Fit, Aerial Yoga, Tennis, Golf, Flying Trapeze, and Beach Volleyball—all in one stay! As always, Club Med provided excellent evening shows and outstanding hospitality. Special thanks to the amazing G.Os: Rere, Matthew, Bian (Tennis Coach), and Sandy (Aerial Yoga Instructor) for making the experience even more memorable. If I had one suggestion—it would be to improve the shower facilities in the common area. There’s only one currently, and there's not even a hook for towels or clothes. A proper shower area at the sports center would truly complete the experience. Additionally, many facade walls have water stains and mold. Despite this, it was another unforgettable Club Med adventure—full of fun, laughter, and fantastic memories. Can’t wait for the next one!

The desert-style tents were spacious, air-conditioned and had private bathrooms perfect for a comfortable stay close to nature.
