I spent five days and four nights in Qiandao Lake, Hangzhou. My favorite thing was staying at the Zhiya Hotel tonight, especially the never-setting afternoon tea, which provided a great location for watching the sunset. The hotel is built on an independent island, surrounded by water on all sides and connected by a floating bridge. Vehicles can only be parked in the parking lot outside and then picked up by the hotel's electric car. The king-size bed room with a view that I stayed in had a large floor-to-ceiling window and a transparent glass balcony outside the window. The view was superb. I could watch the sunset while drinking tea on the balcony, or watch the sunset while lying in bed. Of course, the best place to watch the sunset from the hotel is the Never-Setting Afternoon Tea by the lake. There is no obstruction at all, and it feels a bit like a sunset at sea. This is how I spent my last day at Thousand Island Lake in Hangzhou. In the morning, I went to the Hilton Hotel to take a speedboat to Huangshan Tip, the business card of Thousand Island Lake. In the afternoon, I rented a mountain bike and rode to the Shangjiangbu Bridge. The autumn is high and the forest is dyed. Riding along the lake gives a sense of freedom. Then watch the sunset on the bridge, the location is just right, the aerial photography is superb, a bridge flies across the north and south, and the moat becomes a thoroughfare.
