Coming to Dailuo Peak is equivalent to climbing all five peaks. It is called "Small Chaotai" and is very auspicious❤️ But it is not so easy to reach the top. You have to start from Dazhi Road at the foot of the mountain and climb 1,080 steps to reach the top. It is really very breathless. The site features a museum that delves into the early history of the People’s Republic of China, highlighting key moments from the revolutionary era. There is also a tower. From one site of the tower you can see the whole city/village and on the other site you can the mountain. Please arrive before 5pm since the tower closes at this time.  2.Market on the street: Fu Min Jie (富民街） This is a market on the way to Hanshan mountain. The market is more than a Kilometer long with different fruits shops.  3.五台山 Wutaishan (Price: 70 Yuan student) Brief Introduction: Wǔtái Shān (五台山)is one of the four sacred Buddhist mountains in China and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Revered as the home of the Bodhisattva Manjushri, the mountain is a significant pilgrimage destination for Buddhists from around the world. It contains five flat peaks and ancient temples. How to get there: Description: At the Wǔtái Shān Train station(五台山), there are several bus companies which takes you to the actual mountain. You need to be there early. The busses drives from 04:30am-12:30am in the morning and the last bus depart at 05:30 pm back to the Wǔtái Shān (五台山) bus station. Duration of ride: 1 hour Price: 25 Yuan per Ride  Recommended food: Dicos Green, 德克士素食餐厅 (Price:50 Yuan Menu)  This is a full vegan restaurant on the 五台山 mountain. The east and west gable walls are filled with paintings of immortals, Buddhas, ghosts, and spirits, as well as the spirits of past generations, worshiping the World-Honored One. The Pilu Hall in the Guodian (Passing Hall), built in the first year of the Ming Dynasty (Zhengde), contains statues of Sakyamuni, Brahma, Indra, and the Eighteen Arhats. [Four] Secret Temple 🏯The existing buildings are relics of the Qing Dynasty. There are also three brick towers from the Tang Dynasty, the Five Dynasties, and the Ming Dynasty, four Northern Song Dynasty Sutra Pillars, one Ming Dynasty Sutra Pillar, three Ming Dynasty cliff stone carvings, one Qing Dynasty cliff stone carving, and 16 steles commemorating the reconstruction and donation during the Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China. [Five] Zhengjue Temple 🏯It was named Zhengjue Chan Temple in the third year of the Northern Song Dynasty (Xuanhe). During the Ming Dynasty, it belonged to one of the nine temples outside the North Peak of Mount Wutai. Only the Daxiong Hall remains in the temple. The Douqi (bracket set) and the parts below the main structure are relics of the Jin Dynasty. [Six] Glazed Tile Pagoda 🏯It is located in the Mount Wutai scenic area. Completed in the thirty-second year of the Ming Dynasty, it is an octagonal thirteen-story glazed tile pagoda, 32m high. The base is a stone-carved Sumi-style pedestal with carved lotus petals. There is a pavilion in the tower, and you can go up to the sixth floor through the tower cave. The exterior of the tower is decorated with yellow, green, and blue glazed tiles, mainly green glazed tiles. There are 10,000 glazed Buddha statues on the outside of the tower, so it is called the Ten Thousand Buddha Pagoda, also known as the "Buddha Statue Diancui Glazed Tile Pagoda." [Seven] Site of the Battle of Pingxingguan 📍No need to say more, pay tribute to the ancestors. There is a memorial hall. It is said that it recently collapsed.

Mount Wutai Marriott Hotel Nestled in a tranquil forest, it's incredibly close to Mount Wutai's temple complex. I came to Mount Wutai specifically for this hotel, hoping to find a comfortable place to rest after my pilgrimage. Little did I know that staying here would bring me such complete happiness. 🌟 First Impressions As soon as I arrived at the hotel entrance, I was struck by its impressive architecture, with a traditional style that blends perfectly with the surrounding mountain scenery. Walking into the lobby with my luggage, I was immediately captivated by the quiet yet luxurious atmosphere. The lobby decorations are thoughtfully designed, combining modern minimalism with Buddhist cultural elements, creating a particularly peaceful feeling. The front desk staff was extremely friendly, helping me check in while introducing the hotel's various facilities. At that moment, I knew this stay would be exceptional. 🛏️ Cozy Room Opening the door to my room, I was instantly amazed. The room was meticulously arranged, with a wonderfully soft bed that you sink right into, feeling completely enveloped. The view from the room was spectacular - just pull back the curtains to see the mountain landscape, with green hills stretching out before you, instantly lifting your spirits. What I loved most were the little details - the toiletries were all high-end brands, and they even prepared various snacks, showing how thoroughly the hotel takes care of its guests. 🍽️ Culinary Delights The hotel restaurant was also a favorite of mine. Breakfast was particularly abundant, with western options like bread and bacon, as well as Chinese choices like millet porridge and steamed buns - so many options that I struggled to decide each day. I especially enjoyed their dinner service. One evening I ordered a steak that was absolutely perfect - crispy on the outside, tender inside, paired with excellent red wine. Enjoying the night view through the window, I felt completely romantic. 🏊‍♂️ Relaxation Time The most pleasant surprise was the hotel's gym and swimming pool. The gym is extremely well-equipped, and I would work out there every morning, working up a sweat that energized me for the entire day. The pool was very clean with perfect water temperature. Soaking in it while looking at the blue sky and white clouds, I felt all my fatigue wash away. 🎉 Happy Moments During My Stay I had many delightful experiences at the Mount Wutai Marriott Hotel. For instance, once when I forgot to bring my charger, the front desk attendant immediately sent one to my room without hesitation. Another time when I got hungry late at night, room service quickly delivered a hot midnight snack. These little details made me feel especially cared for and confirmed that I had chosen the right place for my trip.
