Kopi luwak is produced with coffee beans that have been previously eaten, partially digested and thereafter excreted by the Asian palm civet. It is largely due to its unappealing method of production that the kopi luwak remains one of the most expensive coffees in the world. There is no charge for the coffee and tea tasting. However, to try the famous Kopi Luwak it costs around US$2. Well worth the money to try a cup of this exotic coffee.
