Made a last-minute decision to take my kid to Beihai during the hottest weather and peak summer vacation season when it's most crowded. Checked Sheraton and Kaiyuan on Ctrip - all child-friendly hotels were fully booked. Always had some "misconceptions" about homestays, but still took a look. Found 'Summer·Tree Courtyard' with one room left at a decent price. Checked their promotional photos - 100% positive reviews, immediately booked. ———— 1️⃣ Arrived around 11am, the front desk lady came out to help with luggage and assist my kid with everything, sweet smile (Service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) 2️⃣ Daily two free coffees or lemon teas (super delicious ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) 3️⃣ Wabi-sabi style decoration perfectly matches current aesthetics - simple yet elegant and fashionable. Fully smart home system, comfortable beds. Step outside the room to find the pool (water changed daily). Kids can swim while parents enjoy AC and coffee in the room (perfect 😍) 4️⃣ Excellent location - a quiet courtyard in bustling area. Across the street is Qiaogang Folk Culture Street, 10-minute walk to Qiaogang Beach (food & entertainment ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) 5️⃣ Most photogenic place ever!
