Covering more than 20,000 square meters, the first floor is for bathing, washing, and sauna. There are five large pools inside and outside the women's bath, cherry blossom bath, clear spring bath, all kinds of health baths, the water temperature ranges from more than thirty degrees to more than forty degrees, the design is particularly heartwarming and there are many small baths, the water in the large vat is flowing, it is very comfortable, and you don't want to come out when you soak in it. This place is really super big, distributed on five floors! The first floor is the bathing and bathing area, the basement is for leisure games and board games, the second floor is for dining, sweating, tea art, water bar, beauty and fitness, the third floor is the rest lobby, massage and cinema, the fourth floor is the massage room, and the fifth floor has a theater. 🚄 From Beijing to Inner Mongolia in Just 2.5 Hours! | How to Get to Chifeng Fast and Easy Chifeng is one of the gateways to beautiful Inner Mongolia — and the best part? It’s super easy to reach from Beijing! We went to China this October, and since Inner Mongolia was one of our main objectives, we decided to take the high-speed train from Beijing. Normally, it’s a 9–10 hour journey, but with China’s high-speed rail, it took us only around 2.5 hours. The ride was so smooth it felt like floating — plus, you get to enjoy the view of northern China’s rolling hills along the way. 🌾 We booked our tickets through Trip.com, and it’s honestly the most convenient way. You can even book before tickets are officially available , they helps queue for you so you can “chop” your seat before others. 🔹 Important tip: The train to Chifeng (and I think other Dongbei cities like Harbin) departs from Beijing Chaoyang Railway Station 北京朝阳, not the more famous Beijing Railway Station 北京火车站. Don’t go to the wrong station! Other travel tips: 1️⃣ Arrive at least 30 mins early — the station is huge and you’ll need to pass security check. 2️⃣ Just hand your passport to the station staff at the check-in gate. 3️⃣ You can store your luggage overhead or grab quick bites like cup noodles from the canteen car. 4️⃣ There’s a toilet onboard too (clean and modern). 5️⃣ Listen carefully for your stop — we almost missed ours because we got too comfy 😂 Welcome to Chifeng, the wild frontier of China. Stay tuned — our next post will share what to see and do once you arrive! 🐴🌾🇨🇳 #china #travel #thingstodo #familytravel

Summer Palace

✨ Step into Imperial Elegance at Beijing’s Summer Palace! 👑🌳 Ready for a photogenic adventure where royal vibes and lush landscapes meet? The Summer Palace is not just a UNESCO World Heritage site—it’s a paradise for shutterbugs and culture lovers alike. Imagine strolling ancient bridges, tranquil lakes, and grand corridors, with locals and fellow travelers dressed in stunning Qing dynasty costumes (trust me, it’s a selfie heaven and you’ll want to join the fun, as my girlfriend did!). 🗺️ Recommended Route: Start early at the East Gate (No.19 Gongmeng Road) for fewer crowds. Wander through the Long Corridor, then head for Kunming Lake’s marble boat and the 17-Arch Bridge—this area is 🔥 for iconic shots. Don’t miss Longevity Hill for panoramic views. 📸 Must-Do & Insta-worthy Spots: - Stone bridges and ancient halls, greenery in the background (perfect for posing in traditional attire—see example: woman in hanfu/dress on a bridge). - The majestic Seventeen-Arch Bridge at sunset (golden hour magic!). - Reflections of pavilions on Kunming Lake. 💡 Tips & Precautions: - Peak photogenic moments are early morning or late afternoon (sunny days particularly magical). - Spend the whole day exploring—there’s so much to see you’ll wish you had a week! - Dress up! Hanfu rentals are widely available inside and outside the grounds. - Bring water, sunscreen, and comfy shoes for lots of walking. - Keep an eye on closing times (Apr–Oct: 6am–8pm; admission ends 7pm; Nov–Mar: 6:30am–7pm; admission ends 6pm). - Expect crowds—weekdays tend to be quieter. #Beijing #SummerPalace #ChineseCulture #TravelPhotography #AncientChina
