2025 Seimei Festival: Toda Tourist Beijing Edition

This year's Seimei Festival holiday is Toda's dream trip to conquer China, starting with Beijing! The journey began with an 11-hour, 2200km ride on a high-speed train 😆. I've always wanted to try a private sleeper train, and it turned out to be surprisingly comfortable 🤭. I slept, woke up occasionally, and by 6:30 AM, I arrived in Beijing 🚄. The advantage of this travel method is that you can fully utilize the first day, and the travel time can be spent enjoying a drink 🍺. It's a great option 👍. Upon arriving in Beijing, I visited places featured on NHK news and conquered a section of the Great Wall! The timing was perfect, as the season brought blooming cherry blossoms and various flowers in full bloom 🌸. I also indulged in local food and stayed hydrated with Yanjing Beer 🍺. In this international city, transportation was hassle-free, efficiently combining taxis, subways, buses, and even bicycles (haha). For the return trip, I took a 3.5-hour flight back to Shenzhen ✈️. This time, I was deeply moved by the city tours and historical landmarks. Next time, I plan to organize a tour to marvel at the wonders of nature that took ages to form ⛰️.
