Beijing Wanda Jin Hotel | In-Depth Experience Report

📍Dongba Great hotel location. Connected to the neighboring Wanda Plaza, so dining, shopping, and entertainment are all within walking distance without needing to go outdoors – super convenient! The lobby features high ceilings with artistic sculptures I adore, Chinese-style backdrops, and movable-type printing decorations by the elevators. The lobby lounge is perfect for relaxing, offering tea snacks and coffee ☕️ during the day and cocktails 🍸 in the evening. As a new hotel, the room sizes are quite spacious compared to similar hotels in Beijing – larger than many others in the city. The natural lighting is excellent, and I love the floor-to-ceiling windows with beautiful night views 🌃 – absolutely smitten~ Smart amenities include XiaoDu voice control for lights, curtains, and AC – no need to lift a finger 👋. The room facilities are modern and spotless, equipped with a humidifier and available iron upon request. The staff are incredibly friendly 👫. Every time I met the housekeeping ladies, they’d say to call them anytime I needed help and often asked if I wanted room cleaning. Breakfast is served at the North Shore Restaurant on the 5F 🍴, featuring Beijing snacks like pea flour cake, rolling donkey (the kind you roll yourself, haha), jujube paste pastries, sweet/savory tofu pudding, jianbing, and even Su Shi noodles. Western cold cuts and baked bread 🥖 are also available, along with a coffee machine and plenty of drink options. The 6F fitness center 🏋️ is well-equipped with machines, a yoga room 🧘, Pilates equipment, and a swimming pool 🏊. It connects to a large terrace leading directly to the adjacent Wanda and Meihua hotels – shopping convenience at its best! Just 30 minutes from Universal Studios, and close to Chaoyang Station, Capital Airport, and Guomao – ideal for both business trips and family vacations~ Don’t miss the secret rooftop terrace on the executive floor – sipping a cocktail 🍹 at dusk as the city lights up is the perfect way to experience Beijing~
