Gemäldegalerie: A Must-See for Art Enthusiasts

As an art history student, visiting the Gemäldegalerie was undoubtedly the highlight of my Berlin trip. What a remarkable collection they have! The museum is quite straightforward to explore, with the artwork displayed in chronological order from Late Medieval up to the High/Late Renaissance period. You'll find pieces by renowned artists like Sandro Botticelli, Hans Holbein, Hieronymus Bosch, Jan van Eyck, Vermeer, among other European luminaries. I highly recommend this museum to anyone interested in art or its history.
