Arriving at Sayram Lake in the afternoon, the sunlight was perfect, and the sky was cloudless. The lake was so blue it seemed unreal, like a color crafted in Photoshop. Known as "The Last Tear of the Atlantic," Sayram Lake is the highest-altitude and largest alpine lake in Xinjiang, quietly nestled among the mountains of Bortala Prefecture. Its blue is a calming shade, one that compels you to take a second, third, or even fourth look. What surprised me most was seeing at least 15 couples taking wedding photos along the lakeshore within just an hour. Snow-white wedding dresses, black suits, and long veils fluttering in the breeze, all set against the boundless backdrop of the lake and mountains. Each scene felt like a movie or the wedding of everyone's dreams. This is more than just a lake; it feels like a setting for "happiness." No one rushes you to take photos, no one urges you to move along—just the wind, the blue sky, and those unintentional moments that make you smile.
