Capitol Hill doesn’t really need an introduction to Seattle residents, but every October the neighborhood still finds new ways to re-decorate itself. Between Volunteer Park and the denser parts of 10th Ave E, the usual mix of century-old homes and apartment walk-ups turns into a patchwork of fog machines, motion-sensor skeletons, and orange floodlights. 📍 Where to Walk The most active area tends to fall between E Prospect St and E Roy St, near Federal Ave E. Most houses decorate during the final week of October, and everything switches on around dusk. There’s little parking, so walking in from Broadway or 15th is easier.
