There are several restaurants when you go up to Tops hill, a famous night view spot in Cebu. I chose one of them and went there :) (I was satisfied!!) After having dinner at the restaurant and going up a little further, you will come across Tops hill, where people are busy taking pictures ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ I also took many pictures-!! It was so pretty in the pictures and it was exciting to have dinner in a place with a good atmosphere, so I felt even better. Inside the Tops hill observatory, there are shops lined up selling simple snacks. Tops hill where you can see the view of Cebu City at a glance!
