The decor is exquisite yet incorporates many Thai street features, with plenty of street signs and nostalgic advertising posters as decoration, giving a slight industrial vibe. The space is spacious, quite reminiscent of dining at a Thai street food stall 😆 🦑 Whole Grilled Squid Skewer ($168) Made with a whole fresh squid, grilled to remain soft and moist. I personally quite like their homemade spicy seafood sauce, which is spicy yet flavorful. 🍝 Thai Pork Flat Noodles ($148) It’s really hard to find authentic fresh flat Thai noodles like this in Hong Kong. Lin Zhilian, who learned to cook Pad See Ew, discovered the egg is stir-fried with garlic cloves 💯 The pork, baby corn, and kale inside are all flavorful 🌟 For those who like strong flavors like me, I think it would be even better if it were a bit more intense 😈 🥩 Thai Stir-fried Beef ($168) Actually a "USDA premium beef shoulder" version of the Thai basil pork rice. With added fried egg and holy basil, it adds a unique aroma, but this dish is quite spicy.
