Piton Canot

The hiking itself medium difficulty and for us took 3 hrs with a 30 mins rest at the top (take water and hiking shoes). The view is amazing and windy, but be careful! We met another couple during our hiking and they were a little bit faster than us and they arrived earlier back to the start point. They were robbed by 2 masked man with big machetes and all their backpacks were taken (no mobile, car key, passports, nothing!!). They warned us as well to be carefull. Finally together we managed to get to our car and way down from the parking we found their backpacks next to the road; only cash was missing, good relief but I do not wish for nobody neither to be robbed nor to wait in the forest that maybe the machetes persons will come back!
