CHUM Northern Kitchen @Old City This is the best Northern Thai restaurant I've tried in Chiang Mai, offering incredible value for money with dishes averaging just 20 HKD each. The restaurant is popular among Thai locals as well. The overall decor and ambiance are quite nice and comfortable. Besides the ground floor dining area, there's also an open-air section on the second floor. If the weather isn't too hot, it's a very pleasant spot to sit! Highly recommended!
