Although it is quite commercialized and crowded with tourists, walking through the narrow, winding alleys naturally brings you face to face with scenes from the past. Even without entering each shop, the streets themselves exude a charm, with small decorations on the walls and old tiled roofs leaving a lasting impression. The variety of street food is also a highlight, making it enjoyable to stroll around and try different snacks. Despite the hustle and bustle, you get a glimpse of daily life in Chongqing, and at times, it feels like a real neighborhood. This blend of tourist attraction and authentic local life left a deep impression on me.
