An iconic old station

Many of Britain’s train stations hark back to its industrial past and Lancashire’s Preston station is no exception to that. The Victorian station fits the architecture of the time with its red brick facade complimented by the iron and glass structure inside. Today the station holds all modern amenities that you would come to expect alongside a memorial to the WWI soldiers which were given free meals here during the 1910s. #celebrateit #station #preston
