There's a sharp horseshoe-shaped turn in the Colorado River that makes a really beautiful spot. You can just walk to the edge of the cliff, look down at the river that seems to hug the earth, and take a picture of the view. It doesn't require any special skills, just a short walk from the parking lot and you're already enjoying the cool scenery. Perfect!
