A well-preserved section of the Ancient Tea Horse Road runs through the village, and there are occasional cultural and creative markets on both sides. 3. On the way to Phoenix Eye, you can visit Fazhen Temple, a quiet and elegant temple. Note: Dali Wuwei Temple, Fazhen Temple, and the Three Pagodas of Chongsheng Temple are all historical sites from the Nanzhao Kingdom period and were royal temples at the time. 4. You can go directly through the Three-Course Tea Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum and up the steps to Phoenix Eye. Tea lovers can order a set of tea to enjoy at Phoenix Eye. 5. Phoenix Eye, the highest point in Fengyangyi, is the best place to overlook Dali. It is also a great place to watch the sunrise. 6. After visiting Phoenix Eye, you can have lunch in the village and then take a taxi to the Erhai Ecological Corridor to see the redwood trees. The best time to see the redwood trees by Erhai Lake is in December. The redwood trees around Moonlit West Tower are dense and varied in shape, and they are even more beautiful before sunset. Note: Phoenix Eye and the redwood trees on this route are subject to weather and time constraints. It is recommended to visit in December for the best experience.
