I was surprised that there were so many people even though I went to eat around 3pm on a weekday. First, you choose the side you want and then choose the meat. I ordered coleslaw and pinto beans. And for the meat, I ordered brisket, pork ribs, and sausage. The staff also gave me turkey for free. And I was so grateful that they gave me a large drink cup with Terry Black's Barbecue on it as a gift. The pork ribs were so tender that the meat on the ribs just fell off. I brought some bread from the self-service bar and ate it with the bread. The seasoning was just right and it was really delicious and enjoyable. The sides I ordered together were also delicious.
