Party Ridge Three Lakes Hiking Diary, are you ready?

Really enjoy traveling like a special forces soldier, feels like no time is wasted! 📝 Here’s my experience hiking the Party Ridge Three Lakes in reverse in one day: It feels harder than hiking Changchuanbi. Changchuanbi feels like waking up at 2 AM to cross the pass is a bit tough but not too breathless. Hiking Party Ridge Three Lakes in reverse, from Jiayula Lake → Zhuoyong Lake crossing the pass, I remember there are three big slopes. High-altitude climbing, every three steps I take a small breath, every five steps a big breath, heart rate stays between 100-150, after just a couple of steps it shoots up to 150. Whenever I lean forward to climb, I can hear my heartbeat, feels like my heart is dancing 💃🏻. At those times, I stop to lower my heart rate, then continue. While climbing, I really wonder: why did I come here? Why? Isn’t it better to just lie at home? Every climb is at a 🐢 pace, but after crossing one slope after another, those questions are all forgotten with the scenery. 🧗‍♀️ Jiayula Lake → Zhuoyong Lake → Hulu Lake. Total 10 km, 5 km uphill took 6 hours, 5 km downhill took 4 hours. For those planning to go, arrange your time well, assess your fitness, bring proper gear. Hiking is perfect right now, go for it!
