This is their latest installment! We ordered bulalo (beef soup), sisig (pork ears shredded into small pieces) and gising-gising (a local vegetable dish with spicy cocount syrup, the name of which when translated is 'wake-up'). We did wake up to the flavorful and delectable dishes that were served before us!
