Fredericksburg – Hill Country

#summervacay Fredericksburg is the kind of place that makes you want to slow down. I visited during the peach harvest in summer and wandered through roadside stands overflowing with fresh fruit. The wineries offered tastings with incredible Hill Country views, and the German-inspired architecture gave the town unique flavor. I stopped by the National Museum of the Pacific War for a dose of history, then enjoyed schnitzel and local wine at a cozy restaurant. Peaceful and picturesque. #summervacay
