Fuzhou Journey

Fuzhou is a major metropolis in Fujian Province, yet from my point of view it remains largely unknown among foreigners. The city itself doesn’t particularly stand out, but it is home to numerous Buddhist temples. Overall, Fuzhou feels like a fairly "ordinary" Chinese city, with many old streets and small neighborhoods built in a traditional style. A nice place to visit, though not one with a distinctive charm. A must to visit places: Xichangu temple, Sanfang Qixiang, Yushan mountain, Fujian Kaiyuan Fojiao temple. #china #fuzhou #buddhism #travel
