Chic restaurants in C-Mine

#GetDiscountsWithoutLuck Bistro Bels is a restaurant located in the museum section of the old coal mine C-Mine in Genk. The shop is located near the ticket counter. What I like is the design of the shop, which was converted from an old building. The lighting is dim like being in a real mine. There are also retro pictures. The theme matches the place very well. This shop is a restaurant and a pub. The drinks on the menu are as many as the food, both hot and cold. We went in the afternoon, which did not match our meal. So we just ordered a drink to quench our thirst and sit and relax. 🍹 Mocktail Bels - It is a mocktail with ingredients similar to Virgin Mohito, but with a slight hint of ginger. It is very refreshing. There are also small bags of crispy rice crackers to eat as a snack. We like that even the lemon slices used for decoration on top have been dried and smoked to give it a dark color, reminiscent of coal.
