Paris, je t‘aime 🥰 And there’s not only Paris but so much more to discover in France! We did several road trips and fell in love with the country so we keep coming back over and over again 😍 Here are our tips to make your trip perfect: 🗺️ Places to visit / Things to do: 1.Paris (we have a separate Paris Guide @thetraveltellers ) 2.The lavender fields in Provence (Amazing ones can be found near Valenshole during June & July- there‘s also a detailed guide in the highlights) 💜 3.Grimaud (It‘s part of the list „Les plus beaux villages de France“ which means the most beautiful villages in France) 🧡 4.Salin de Giraud (unfortunately dogs are not allowed 😞) 🩷 5.Alsace (magical during Christmas) 🎄 Our favorite villages: Strasbourg, Riquewihr, Colmar (photo), Eguisheim ❤️ 6.Etretat 💚 7.Chambord (and the many amazing castles)🖤 8.Côte d‘Azur (Villefranche sur Mer, Menton, Eze, Nice)💙 9.Cute villages & places of Provence (Gordes, Roussilon, Moustiers Sainte Marie, Lac St. Croix, Sillans La Cascade)💛 10.Mont Saint Michel ❤️ 🚗 How to get around The train connections are amazing and many places from above can be reached by train 🚂 We always prefer to be more flexible though and travel by car 🚗 ⏰ Best time to visit You can visit the whole year round depending on what you want to do 🤗 🏨 Where to stay Our favorite hotels in France are boutique hotels in the country side where you get the feeling to be transported to another century because they are soooo classy & beautiful ❤️ 🐶 Is France dog friendly? Overall yes. Some beaches don’t allow dogs but there are many dog beaches available.
