This hotel in Guangzhou is really great!

Just hearing the name, I felt like I was here for work. As expected, upon arriving at the hotel, I was met with various conference check-ins. However, the Chinese garden design gave this hotel, which was built for meetings, a touch of vacation atmosphere. I stayed in an executive room this time. Because it was during a conference, the hotel had no free suites available for upgrades. I had to wait in line to check in. The entire hotel is very large and winding, which also gives it a grand feel. Breakfast: I went down 20 minutes before the end of breakfast, and I almost couldn't find a seat. There were many Western-style egg tarts and pastries, but the best were the porridge and chicken feet. There were two fresh juices to choose from. Overall, the dishes were very rich. It was so crowded that I didn't even need to report my room number. Considering that it is publicly run, the lounge and conference rooms are also relatively large. Hardware: The hardware of this Marriott can be described as large and extravagant, even excessive. The gym equipment is very complete, not to mention the pool public area. The overall decoration details and marble texture are also very well done. Room: To the left of the entrance is the closet and mini-bar area, and to the left is the open bathroom. The brass faucet and floor-to-ceiling bathtub are visually and practically very good. It also has a TOTO smart toilet. The overall room style is more Chinese, without a strong business atmosphere. The welcome gifts were a few sugar oranges, osmanthus cakes, and a small bottle of cashews. The area is moderate, but overall it is very good. Location: There is a subway station across from the hotel, which is Baiyun Cultural Square, but if you are traveling, it is recommended to choose near Zhujiang New Town. It is too far to travel back and forth, and there are few places to eat nearby. This can only be considered as a transfer station for your plane or high-speed train, or if you have plenty of travel time. Service: The concierge at the door is very proactive. After taking the luggage, they helped to send it to the front desk. Other than that, I feel that the employees of this hotel are very indifferent. It's not that they have to greet you when they meet you in the elevator or hallway, but it's a bit embarrassing when they look away after making eye contact.
