In September 2000, the Dafo Temple established the first modern Buddhist library open to the public in the province. The library covers an area of 664 square meters, with air conditioning installed in all rooms and modern computer management. At present, the collection of books has reached more than 8,000 kinds and more than 40,000 volumes.
