As mostly when we do the travel, it is like a protocol that we stay in a hotel and go to touristy places. But this time we decided to turn a stranger to a friend; yea I'm talking about homestay. This house we contacted through a mutual friend and they are more than glad to have us in their house. So we had a warm stay in Guilin village, with lunch & dinner from freshly caught pond fish and other yummies. We had two relaxed days at their place and later on third day went to have a look in the city; also went to the famous elephant nose hill with lot of elephants playing around there 😋 (ofcourse dummies they are).
