Hello ◡̎! On these hot summer days, I visit this buckwheat noodle restaurant every week. Located in Hayang-eup, Gyeongsan, it’s a long-standing favorite among locals. Made with buckwheat, the dishes are easier to digest than those made with regular flour, making it a go-to place for parents who often say, "Let’s go eat buckwheat!" The dishes I highly recommend are the Buckwheat Makguksu and Buckwheat Bibim Guksu. While everything on the menu is delicious, these two dishes are especially refreshing during the summer. ☑️ Here’s a tip: For the Bibim Makguksu, add two extra rounds of bibim sauce. I found the flavor a bit bland without it, so I strongly recommend this adjustment. Another must-try is the Buckwheat Mushroom Pancake, which includes enoki and king oyster mushrooms for a delightful texture.
