Climbing a ‘three’ peak

Yorkshire’s three peaks of Ingleborough, Whernside and Pen-Y-Ghent are a bucket list challenge for many hikers and walkers in the UK. This 25 mile circuit with over 6000ft of climbing may be a little too much for a lot of people to tackle on a weekend afternoon, however climbing one of them can be an achievable goal for many. A good recommendation for that would be to take on the shortest of the 3, Pen-Y-Ghent.
