The department team-building was a blast here! The standalone tea mountain villa was so cozy!

✨ Last month, our company chose this tea mountain villa for our team-building event. We didn’t have high expectations at first, but it turned out to be flawless—everyone had an amazing time, and the group chat was flooded with praise afterward 😂 ✅ Environment The villa sits at the foot of Longwu Tea Mountain, featuring a rustic wood design with large floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of natural light. On sunny days, the view is lush green, while rainy days bring a misty, atmospheric vibe. At night, the string lights in the yard create a perfect ambiance, making it super photogenic. Activities: ▪️ The KTV sound system was great—even our tone-deaf crew had a blast singing. ▪️ There’s pool, board games, and live-action CS (the CS field is spacious enough to run around). ▪️ The meeting room seats about 100 people, and we held a quick wrap-up session with all the necessary equipment. Food: Lunch was fusion cuisine, mostly Hangzhou-style dishes. The ingredients were fresh, the stir-fries had that perfect wok hei, and the free-range chicken soup was gone in seconds. Dinner was the highlight—BBQ with meat and veggies prepped that day. Our hidden grill masters emerged, and we couldn’t stop eating while cooking. Tips: 1. Bring a spare T-shirt for CS—it gets sweaty. 2. Try the murder mystery games—there are tons of fun scripts for group play. 3. Don’t forget a power bank! Photos and videos drain your battery fast. 4. Mosquitoes hang around the tea mountain and bamboo groves, but the villa provides mosquito coils and repellent—use them! ✅ This was one of the most hassle-free team-building spots we’ve been to recently—no need to move around, everything’s taken care of.
