Today, we stopped by Sawa Restaurant near Hat Yai Airport for a meal. The restaurant is spacious and airy, decorated in a modern style with a local touch. A tricycle and brick wall make for a great photo opportunity. 📸 🍲 Southern-Style Sour Curry with Ryukyu Fish Roe – A rich and authentically spicy dish. Fish roe #HatYaiTravel #HatYaiTravel #Sawa #SouthernFood and fresh bamboo shoots complement the perfectly sour and spicy curry. 🍤 Salt and Pepper Shrimp – Large, crispy fried shrimp tossed with fried garlic and fresh chilies. Slightly salty and spicy, it's a delight to eat. 🥬 Egg and Bitter Melon Leaves – This dish is easy to eat. The eggs are fluffy and soft, sprinkled with fragrant fried garlic, perfectly contrasting the flavor of the vegetables. The Bitter Melon Leaves are not tough and delicious. 🥗 Roasted Mango and Coconut Salad – This dish is very refreshing, with a perfect balance of sour, sweet, and spicy flavors, with peanuts and cashew nuts adding a richness. Paired with betel leaves, it's a perfect match. 🥤 Iced Thai Tea – Fragrant, sweet, and smooth, served with small cookies for a perfect snack. ✨ Overall, I was impressed with the taste and presentation.
