Another trip to Ho Chi Minh!! (Second trip to Ho Chi Minh & tips)

I couldn't resist and went there again because I was planning a trip to Ho Chi Minh in January! #I hope this was a little helpful to those who are thinking about traveling to Ho Chi Minh or those who are planning to go. So I'll give you some #tips!! 1. #Grab (Airport)🚕 I explained how to use Grab in a simple way in the previous post, but the airport is a little different. First, when you come out of the airport, there are a lot of regular taxis waiting. So, when you come out and go straight to the left, there are no taxis in the smoking area, so call Grab and use the translator to say "It's the smoking area. When you arrive, take a picture of where you are and send it to me." They will kindly send it to you! (The driver said that Grab can't come to the regular taxi lane.) ⚠️Regular drivers will be really annoying, saying "Taxi?", so just ignore them or say no! If you do it, they'll go on their own ㅋㅋㅋ ⚠️Be careful — especially when there's a Grab window open and drivers say "Grab??" If you don't check the taxi number and get in, they'll just rip you off. Make sure to check the taxi number, or just ignore it and go⚠️ This time, I registered my card on Grab and went, so it was so convenient ㅠㅠ I'll explain this in the currency exchange section. 2. #CurrencyExchange💵 This time, I didn't exchange dollars. That's because I got a card called "Travel Wallet"! (This is not an advertisement!) This card has 3 advantages! The first is that it's really convenient because you can exchange it for dong right from the app! (EX-KRW-->Vietnamese Dong) Honestly, since the dollar has gone up so much, I chose this because I thought it would be better to exchange it at a double fee (the dollar is a bit better, but I chose the convenient one) 🟢If you don't want to bother exchanging dollars or cards, you can bring 50,000 won bills. They say they give a lot these days. Second, the cash withdrawal fee is 0 won!! (Only at VP bank) I checked in to the hotel, searched for VP bank on Google Maps, went to a nearby place, and withdrew, and the fee was really 0 won!! How to use ➡️Unconditionally! Insert card➡️Language (English)➡️WITHDRAWAL➡️CHEKING ACCOUNT➡️4-digit password➡️Select withdrawal amount➡️End I heard that there are machines that require you to enter a 6-digit password, so you can just fill in 00 (public) as the password! It's very convenient. Third, the payment fee is also 0 won!!😎 So I unconditionally paid by card at places that accept cards, and really there was no fee! I registered my card in Grab, so I changed to card payment, and Grab also has a “0 won” fee! It’s so nice not having change!! 3. Vung Tau🌊 Don’t go on a day trip. Never goㅠㅠ It takes 4 hours to go there and backㅠㅠ I really like seeing the ocean, so go! I went to an amusement park called Homey Park on a weekday to see the ocean, but I was really surprised because there were so few people😔 There were even no staff on the ridesㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ So I couldn’t ride a single ride, and I just walked around sweating profusely and just went back to Ho Chi Minh... 4.#Restaurant🍜 You all like delicious food, right? Finding a restaurant isn’t a big deal. If you search for the type of food you want to eat on Google Maps, a list will come up, and if you go to a place with a lot of reviews, you’ll definitely succeed more than half of the time. You can just copy and paste the address into Grab! But I really want to recommend two places! The first restaurant I recommend is a restaurant called Quán Ụt Ụt (꽌웃웃). It's a pork belly restaurant, and it's delicious and I really recommend it!! There are restaurants in District 1 and District 2, but you can go anywhere! District 2 doesn't have air conditioning and has outdoor tables, so it's nice to look at, but a little hot^^... The second restaurant I recommend is a restaurant called Quán NEM (꾸안 네ム), which is a great Bun Cha restaurant! The best thing about this restaurant is that it's been certified by CNN! It was so delicious that I was amazed 😋 You must go twice...
