For those who are planning to go to Vietnam and one of them is staying in Hoi An, a world heritage site for 1 night, we would like to recommend this place. Even though it was our first time staying there, we were very impressed. The staff who took care of us also said that we were the first group of Thais to stay here. The accommodation is a minimalist homestay. The lower part of the house is a motorcycle rental shop. Everything is complete in one place. If you look at the outside, it may not be very beautiful according to Thai standards, but inside, it is as you see in the picture. Who would have thought that a budget of 300 baht would get a room that is complete like this? Soft bed, air conditioner, hair dryer, Thai plugs throughout the room, charging batteries, uploading pictures continuously, wardrobe, cute mirror, sink, hot water, toothbrush, toothpaste, refrigerator for storing very cheap alcohol, very cold, it heals the heart. Plus, walking into the old town is only 1 km. You can sip coffee and see the beauty of the yellow building area of Hoi An. It's worth it. 💖 Pros: Close to the old town, you can walk to visit, not lonely, there are many minimarts in front of the alley. The accommodation is quiet and private. The room has complete amenities, suitable for backpackers. 💖 Cons: The room walls are a bit thin. The stairs are quite narrow. Lek must be extra careful when using the stairs. No elevator. No breakfast. But overall, it's good for us because in Thailand, you can't find this in a budget. 8/10 points. Some staff can speak English. 🕰️Check in: 14.00 hrs.
