Leisure Buffet

I haven't eaten at a buffet for a long time. I feel so excited. Hyatt Regency Shatin is located near the Chinese University of Shatin. The location is a bit remote. The hotel cafe has a nice environment and feels relaxed. The restaurant has launched a series of fish dishes provided by [Kian Kwok Fisheries], where diners can taste the taste of different methods of cooking. Sushi sashimi is an inevitable choice, most like the crispy herring, the golden caviar is very fresh and sweet. The salmon sashimi is fresh and plump, soft and sweet, and tastes full of oil.
