The Kuroge Wagyu melts in your mouth—a real surprise! Diamond Pineapple Beef Belly 👍$288 The presentation is exquisite, with a small pineapple filled with beef belly. It's incredibly filling! It has a hint of pineapple, and the sour and sweet flavor is incredibly appetizing! Kuroge Wagyu Beef Rib Eye 👍$328 The beef eye is juicy and tender, and the texture is incredibly delicious. The fat is evenly distributed. Highly recommended! Thick-fried Okinawa Tofu $48 It was fried perfectly crispy and the tofu was very smooth. It was paired with seaweed and sauce for a super delicious flavor 🤤 Japanese Kabayaki Eel $228 Fresh eel, beautifully prepared. Although it has a few bones, it's fine to eat with caution. It comes with a secret Kabayaki sauce and is delicious! The entire process was cooked by a dedicated chef.
