After enjoying the delicious Matsu Taiwanese Healthy Hotpot last time, we decided to upgrade to Set D, which includes a wider selection of meats: 🥩 Prime Grade Marinated Beef Short Ribs, 🥩 Prime Grade SRF Black Wagyu Shoulder, 🥩 Prime Grade Angus Beef Neck, and 🐽 Spanish Iberico Pork. This set menu is even more extensive, making it even more exciting! One of Matsu Taiwanese Healthy Hotpot's signature dishes is their homemade Shake Shake Golden Sweet Potato Strips, available in flavors like seaweed, spicy, tomato, and sweet plum. These unique flavors are truly amazing, and paired with the crispy texture of the sweet potato strips, they're truly unforgettable! For our soup bases, we opted for a duo of two: a Medicinal Mushroom Shake Hotpot and a Spicy Duck Blood and Jellied Tofu Hotpot. Each of these two soup bases offers a unique combination of nourishing and stimulating flavors, adding a touch of spice to the hotpot experience! It's worth mentioning that Matsu Taiwanese Healthy Hotpot also offers a wide variety of homemade meatballs and dumplings, each meticulously crafted with unique flavors that are truly delicious. Finally, we each enjoyed a dessert, choosing between Dreyer's and Mövenpick ice cream. These high-quality ice creams were the perfect end to a wonderful day. In summary, Matsu Taiwanese Healthy Hotpot once again surprised and satisfied us.
