❄️Changes at Hong Kong Disneyland & Hollywood Hotel with the opening of the Frozen area❄️

It's been about five years since my last visit to Hong Kong in the spring of 2019. 🇭🇰 It was as fun as ever, but there were a lot of changes! I bought a two-day ticket, but since reservations are now required, I immediately set my visit date on the official website after purchasing. At the time, I could only select one day, but when I inquired on the official website, I was told that reservations weren't necessary for a second visit. 😌 As long as it was within six days (I think...) of my first visit, I could still enter the park. 🙆♀️ By the way, it's cheaper to buy tickets from trip.com than from the official website! I upgraded to an annual pass, but since I was paying the difference from the official ticket price, this is definitely cheaper for anyone considering purchasing an annual pass. 🤭 Maybe it was due to the opening of the Frozen area, or maybe it just depended on the time of year, but it was incredibly crowded compared to Hong Kong in the past. 😂 Hong Kong is known for its relatively short wait times, but Frozen seemed to be over 60 minutes long, so I recommend buying early bird tickets! Unlike TDR, HKDL allows you to enter the park an hour before general opening even if you're not staying at a Disney hotel by purchasing an early bird ticket. I bought one and headed straight to experience the Frozen attraction first thing in the morning, and it only took about 5 minutes to get on. It was stress-free and really great. 🙆♀️ This time, I stayed at the Hollywood Hotel, and unlike before, the free bottled water was gone; instead, a smaller water dispenser was installed in the room. It has hot water and isn't inconvenient, but be aware that it's not portable.⚠️ A water bottle in the park costs about ¥600 as of December 2023, and there are no convenience stores or supermarkets around the park, so it's probably better for your wallet to buy it at the airport or in the city! 😌 By the way, please note that there are no places to eat outside of Disney! We went to eat in the city in the morning.🙆♀️ The pineapple bun and milk tea were delicious.🫶 The evening show, Momentus, is incredibly moving, so if you're going, be sure to check it out.☺️ (The donut photo is from 2019!
